I think everyone needs to know about this because it looks like its brought my 5 years on this game to an immediate halt. I purchased a 14.99$ pack and the store froze as I purchased it and crashed...

Last time this happened to me there was a pack at Christmas i cant remember what it was called and there were several cases of this happening. Purchasing one thing while they charge you for something else which they managed to keep pretty quiet.
But it happened to me twice then and there were multiple cases of it on EA support.
So to see that they can still remove money from your account without authorisation is absolutely appalling.
