I'm thinking that players in the same time zone of the original guild leader are getting their coins correctly. So players that have all the members on the same time zone will get all of their coins. And guilds like ours, where most of our players are on a different time zone than the original guild leader, are getting nearly no coins whatsoever.
This means that a lot of guilds may not notice there is an issue, because they are only losing out on a small amount of coins every day. But guild like mine, noticed it right after the guild hopping patch was released.
If this is true, then all guilds are technically affected by the bug, just in different degrees.
I already posted it before, but this is not the reason. Our guild, as well as the huge majority of our guild members, are Germans and Germany is not so big anymore that we have different timezones :P Still we suffer heavily from this bug or whatsoever"MarmotaMonax;507913" wrote:

Thanks for clarifying, I'm running out of ideas as to what could cause the issue! Just to be sure, the person that created your guild in the beginning was also based in Germany?- Can a developer please give us a update on this issue!
- we've only made 30k over the weekend and everyone hits their 600/600 energy daily. Our coins just vanish into thin air it seems. Very frustrating to say the least.
- I can not believe there has not been a comment on this by someone that has a fix to the problem... We are paying customers and we are being ignored after receiving awful service...
- Please help fix my game. I have never complained on here. I don't care who precrafted or has 7* Vaders or Hans. All I care about is if I can play my game and enjoy it. Right now my guild has been unable to raid for 2 days going on 3 and they are understandably upset because of the long turn disadvantages it will cause as well as set us back. I have a great guild who works well together and deserves better. For me, I am angry for the first time with this game for the simple fact that it is broken and now feel ignored because people aren't complaining like they do when people are taking advantage of coding errors. I average about 1000 crystals between refreshes and buying shipments a day. I don't ask for much, I just want my game to work. I don't know how the devs can make it up to the affected guilds but a good start is fixing the issue so we can raid and play the game as intended. At the very least please communicate to us on when we can to expect to enjoy the game the same as everyone else. Thank you.

Yeah, our guild leader never changed. This is also no the reason..
The whole situation is really unacceptable!- So here's some further data on the problem. Our guild was created by someone in the UK time zone, but the leader is now on Pacific Daylight time.
On Sunday we received credit for only those members who reside in the UK; for the rest of the members the guild management screen shows that they generated 600 raid credits, but our guild's raid bank did not receive a corresponding increase in currency.
On Monday we only received credit for one member, who once again was in the UK. The guild management screen indicated that all but one of our US members generated 600 raid credits, but our guild did not get credit for any of that. To further complicate matters, 10 of our European members spent more than 600 energy (we can see this in the cantina guild activity scores), but the management screen says that they did not generate any raid currency. In total, we lost over 29,000 guild currency.
So far today we've received credit from about half of our members in the UK. Oddly, the five remaining members in the UK did not receive any credit for the energy they spent yesterday. Again, we can see they were active and spending energy from the daily guild activity scores, so we know that the guild management screen is wrong.
So it appears that there are multiple bugs here, those bugs appear to be tied to time zones, and they don't appear to be having a consistent impact on raid currency. - Our coin seems to be operating properly atm, we have had several US players log on after reset and the coin is being added. I haven't had the chance to speak with our European and Asian members yet but I'm hoping they are going to get logged in as well
