Thanks for help, but having this problem for few days is frustrating. Lots of other issues that are not system wide were solved much faster. This is now killing competition in game.

All I know is the entire game now is based on raids.. The only other area is arena but even it is based off of raid rewards.. So if I have spent a substantial amount of money on this game... all other parts of the game have been finished/dead a long time ago except for keeping number one in arena and raids... And I can't raid... Then I want a refund...

I've never been one to complain about anything in this game but our guild's progress is completely stopped. We can't do anything. The game is basically dead to us right now as we sit and watch our tickets and hope someone is able to help us. We've missed out on two heroic raids now and we're wondering when, if ever, we will be able to raid again. This issue is not server wide, so lots of people are progressing along as we are dead in the water. The fact this isn't server wide means CG needs to make this their number one priority as it is creating a lot of hostility and frustration by those affected. I didn't really care about pre-crafting or 7* vaders or whatever as I could still play the game and make progress and have fun. But this issue has stopped progress completely. The game is broken, period, and needs to be fixed NOW.

Hi Ho Hi Ho this game is starting to blow. Some many bugs and horrible testing its Hi Ho. Hi Ho.

Grab your pitch forks and torches.

They should shut down the whole raid system it is if F'd from their fully "tested" update.

Agreed, we cannot play the game anymore, just sitting here waiting, please fix this.

Our guild reset and our guild leader's reset times are different. I'm not sure if this is the root of the problem, but we haven't had any guild coins added in over 24 hours.

Even some simple message that CG/EA has acknowledged out pleas for help would be appreciated.

Im not ea or cg, so maybe it wont help. But i will say this issue isnt being ignored

@dough I'm guessing J0k3R has been in direct communication with the devs about this issue and we will hear from them shortly.
