Still doesn't help you know that buying a mk4 stun gun is a waste, for instance. You prob have 4000 salvage, but 0 complete so it will show 0 on hand.
Doesn't help me much at all, from buying gear every day most people can tell what they have. Maybe once a day there is a gear I am unsure of, so at most that saves one click a day. Not saying it was a bad change, but didn't improve my QOL in my opinion. And the amount of coding that required I would much rather have been put towards something with more impact.
