I would try this myself, but I don't have the zeta for STHan, and also don't have Jyn geared up. Though I do have CLS so maybe I'll run him in there and see what happens (even though that's like, kinda cheating for this theory... :D )

Trust me, I've thought about the zeta for STH as well but there are always missing pieces in the synergy or the raid mechanics conflict with the synergy in some way. When you'd put him as lead, and with his zeta, he will survive without too much troubles. The boss doesn't hit hard on a tank, like 5K on a crit roughly.
You can't run STHan as lead, since Chirpa is lead...
I honestly think STHan would be invincible here with Kanan...stack him with Protection mods you can get around 45K-50K with 2,500 recovery on each hit, and Kanan replenishes about 23K every 12 counters...it'd be awful interesting to see...
First of all, you are lacking a reliable passive cleanser like Barris to cleanse ability block/healing immunity. Offense down on Palpatine will hurt his damage output significantly. Second Chirpa's lead is a starting thing, down the fight it's only benefiting Palpatine but isn't he gaining enough TM from his unique & STH? Then I question, why would you need Chirpa if the TM gain portion is from using a basic attack only?
The issue here is Palpatine. Everyone apart from Palpatine, are only gaining TM through STH's taunt if the B2 counters. Sure remove its turn meter - right?
Example 1; B2 is at 75% TM and Jyn at 80% TM > Palpatine uses basic > B2 counters and gains 25% TM + 5% > Both Jyn and B2 are at 100% who is going next is RNG like Han v Han battles.
Example 2; B2 is at 75% TM and Jyn at 70% TM > Palpatine attacks > B2 gains +25% TM and 5% > B2 takes a turn before Jyn could remove his TM.
Not bashing your idea, but I really feel like it's possible without Palpatine and P2P chars. STH zeta looks promising and yes he'll survive easily if he's cleansed, but you need a second tank and another TM removal character. Chaze worked, only because Baze can function as an autotaunter, with STH you really do need a 2nd tank to fill the taunt gap up.
