Hard to commit to Hera and Phoenix Squad without knowing all uniques

Depends on the other uniques people are too quick to call something op.

As it stands, Sith are very likely to go first still and lay down daze, shock, stun, healing immunity, and a lot of debuffs that counter the Phoenix toons. Unless one of the uniques is an autocleanse of some sort, you're unlikely to be able to use many of their admittedly cool abilities.
