It is generally better to get hp/prot over defense, but some characters can gain a lot more from defense. I believe st han is one of those toons. Defense mods with hp/prot secondaries should be good. However, forsake everything for speed secondaries :(
Lets say for example i have 6 defence mods but the arrow mod with speed secondary that has only 2 dots but i have a health mod with 5 dots also with speed secondary. Should i put in the higher level mod even if i dont get the set bonus or the extra speed is more beneficial?
