Are they not required to inform account holders of why they are being banned from the game? I honestly have no clue how this process works
You get some vague pop up when trying to open the game, I got my alt banned when doing bot testing, think it said something like
Account banned for PvP energy
So I could see it saying "banned for multiple offenses".
My guess is the ban was for PvE stuff, the ga history, from spot looking I did looks legit.
