I'm pretty familiar with how speed works. Running droids you want all your droids at 100% after Recalibrate so Biggs or Rex can't sneak in. This way you have 4 chances to kill them before they take their turn when they reach 100% TM.Except this happens every time: I recalibrate and attack ANYONE, (crit or they dodge) and they immediately take their turn before any more of my team. An AOE means their whole team takes a turn even after I've gained 100% TM on everyone. This doesn't happen with any other team other than a Zaul lead. So I'm wondering, does the advantage they get when coming out of stealth put them at the top of the TM gain? Is the 20% they get considered not actual turn meter but an instant turn like Raid Han takes? Is there some mechanic I'm missing here? Because this happens if I switch to a Rex lead, it's not just JE. No team I pick that gains TM before Zaul can actually use any of it. One of the biggest proofs I've come across was an amazing miss by emperor where only JE was shocked leaving my entire droid arsenal ready! I was able to shoot emperor twice before he gained full TM again and took ANOTHER turn before my 4th droid, HK was able to take one, even while being at full tm.

It's because they gain 20% tm whenever they evade or are critically hit. Also you shouldn't be having your droids all go to 100%.

Yep. Zaul is basically Dodge and wiggs meta mixed into one. It's great fun...

Help me out, trying to figure out how Zaul's entire team goes first after my team has 100% tm

That can't be the case, but I wish it was. My ig88 had 190 speed sometimes goes first, sometimes goes last. The only way to get an actual turn order is to have them under 100% tm. But then any character that gains 100% TM would go ahead of them.

Well wiggs is extinct from my top 50, but you can just daze Biggs with k2so, just mod him to go second.

Same here, everyone runs a Rex or Zaul team. And I'm able to kill Rex every time if I get all droids to 100% tm

Well I guess if rex is that relevant on your shard. Only like 4 on my shard so I just avoid them. Turn order setup works better for my shard and is much more enjoyable to play.

That hasn't been true for a while.

If tm gain is all from speed:
The first character to hit 100% tm goes first.
If 2 characters have the exact same speed it will be rng that decides who goes first.
If characters are 1 speed apart the higher speed character will go first.

If tm push is involved when 1 or more characters gets to 100% tm rng decides who goes first. If you action causes another character or opponent to get to 100% tm they get thrown in the rng pool for the next turn and can actually be picked to go next over you characters that was already there.

So what can happen with droids vs sith
When JE reaches 100% tm sith assasian is at 80%+ tm other sith are at 64%+ tm.
JE uses recalibrate to push all droids to 100% tm
Assuming 4 droids
1st droid attacks with AoE and sith assasian dodges and she gains 20% tm putting her at 100% tm
Now 3 droids and sith assasian are all at 100% tm
RNG picks sith assasian to go next.
Sith assasian uses her tm push giving her ally sith 36% tm pushing them all to 100% tm
Now you have your 3 droids and opponents 4 sith (assuming full sith team) at 100% tm
RNG then starts picking the sith to go next

This is very possible scenario of how opponents can jump tm.
