Title=Roaming scavenger vs Legend store
English is not my first language if you have not noticed it by now.
What I say and what you hear are two different things.
In comparison with roaming scavenger in conquest the gear 12 and gear 12+ in Legend store are too expensive.
In scavenger you can buy 20 gear 12+ for 300
In scavenger you can buy 10 gear 12+ for 150
In the Legend store you only get 10 gear 12+ pieces for 300
In the Legend store you only get 5 gear 12+ pieces for 150
There is no communication between developers and community so I don't know why scavenger give 20 gear 12+ pieces for 300 and Legend store only half the amount.
So please help me write an article asking the man in charge too double the amount of gear 12+ you get in Legend shop.
I don't see a problem because just like roaming scavenger you only get x amount of tokens per month too spend on whatever you like.
I have 2 GL's. In theory I will get 600 legend tokens too spend on gear12+(depends on difficulty of course).
It does not hurt too ask they(devs) can only say yes or no.
Thank you for your time, effort and help writing this article.
It’s a fair question to ask, and if you look across the other stores you’ll see that other types of gear are differently priced in other stores too. This is almost certainly deliberate!
As an example, Mk6 medpacs cost 360 for 4 in the shard store, while mk12 medpacs also cost 360 for 4. Same price per salvage.
Then in the guild store mk6 medpacs cost 475 raid2 currency for 5, while mk12 medpacs cost 425 raid2 currency for 5, so slightly cheaper than the mk6 medpacs.
It’s likely the devs deliberately make these changes so that it does matter where you spend your currency. It’s then up to the player to work out where they can get the best economy for their currency when buying the different gears. It’s part of the resource management. It also then means that players sometimes have to make a choice between patience and poor economy by going to stores where gear is relatively overpriced in order to gear a unit quicker.
PS - I know I technically didn’t help by assisting in writing a thread, but hopefully I was able to provide the sort of answer a dev/CM might be able to give.
