Help not working

I've been trying to get my birth date corrected so that I can actually access the web store, but when I go to create a ticket in the in-game help, the EA support bot just decided to not respond. The chat shows it as typing, and has been for the last 12 hours. I tried to go through help.ea but they couldn't do anything.
