Help with my nickname

My nick name last year was giverr bud that means go fast you suspended me!!! This year it’s dirty cesspool what the heck why do you keep doing this to me?? I spend lots of money for over 10 years on your games and this is how I’m treated!!! There is nothing wrong with my names I follow you policies and don’t swear or cures!! Leave my names alone!!!

• You'll need to definitely change your age to do that
  - If a parent or guardian is the parent of your account, they may be able to alter things.
  - Might have to wait until your birthday to change your age.
  - Settings > go under my profile and click manage > In the customer portal, edit your basic information > verify your identity > Change your birthday to anything from 1980-2006.

Now to change your nickname

• Settings > go under my profile and click manage >  In the customer portal, edit your basic information > verify your identity > Change your username now.

Extra help

• For an easy verification process, you should select your own email or phone number so you can go in yourself, but ask a parent to help if you need theirs.
