Helping Guilds with Raids Logistics

So what's the logistics with helping other guilds with their Raids? Meaning, does it affect your Raid rewards abilities for the week? Our guild was asked if we can do some charity work for another gui...

You or anyone else leaving can't use the donation screen for 24 hours, any unclaimed raid rewards will show up once you come back, but everything else should be looking good.
