Same here. Pop up 30 mins ago, so I hoped the update was here but nothing yet. Happens all the time, also with pop-ups for credit heist and the likes. "Credit heist live now!" usually means "somewhere in the next few hours" with me.

The push notifications seem to be tied to an individual's timezone, while certain events like credit and droid heists are set to start a fixed time, which explains those.

The push notification for the packs was likely embedded in the last hot fix update, but the packs won't actually be in the game until the content update that we were supposed to get yesterday (but got delayed) pushes, supposedly later today.

Looks like they were on a timer then, but the update hasn't pushed yet to display them.

From a business standpoint, if packs are in store then event is imminent. Panic buy purchases make more money

Well, I will for sure be happy if they include packs and double drops for CLS toons.
However, I just wish I had some heads up on this, since last week I probably have spent more than 2k crystals farming Old Ben alone.
Oh well.
