Heroic Rancor HP per phase

Hello My guild will be attempting the T7 Heroic Rancor for the first time tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone out there knew the HP of the Rancor per phase. Is the Total run 10 million ? If so would...

~10.4M total, the pigs are 2M. Not sure if the remaining 3 rounds are divided equally from there.
