Jawa serves two purposes: (1) slow on basic with high potency, and (2) additional damage to those suffering a negative status effect. Jawa has higher potency than Fives even at G9 (for which you don't need special gear). Jawa is better than Phasma since Jawa's slow is on basic rather than on CD like Phasma's.

If you can get 2 or 3 ewok teams geared up to the max, you could go for T7 even with a relatively weak roster. We had around 120+ teams, but I think that's overkill. We could have done with 75 to 100. I'd have to be more precise with the numbers though, which I haven't calculated (minimum # of teams for P2 through P4). We were done with P1, P2 and P3 with 47 teams.

EDIT: Jawa critted 10K a few times if I remember right. Pretty awesome!
