Hi Can somebody ban this cheater in my fleet arena

Hi there is a cheater in Grand Arena and I don't think in-game reporting works at all so Imma post it here.

He has 7 star Thrawn and yoda w very low gear and level Phoenix and Jedi. also, he is #4 in fleet arena w a level 7 executrix everyone else around has relic ships where he does not. He is an obvious cheater.
