Hondo Ohnaka - Legends? Seriously?

Hondo Ohnaka? Who is that? He appeared a couple of times in the Clone Wars in episodic roles. It would be better to introduce Captain Blade or Captain Jack Sparrow - these are the best pirate legends...

Know him or not, he is no galactic legend in Star Wars lore,  he isn’t even close to the other galactic legends. I’m assuming this is actually some kind of joke.
