Sandtrooper has always been a PvE enemy
but its specifically says the PvE version, who other kind of version can there be besides a playable one
they might be working on adding him to the roaster soon.
I doubt they'll cook him... but PvE means the LS/DS/Cantina battles.... not a playable character.
