how do i change my name on star wars galaxy of heroes?

If you click on your Player Level at the top, you will see a little pencil and your "Username"

If you click on the pencil, you should be able to edit your name. If you edit it your name more than once, I believe it costs crystals. 

Thanks for that but i keep hearing about the pencil but can't see  it on either an IPad of IPhone!! Why is this? Is it just me?

When you first join the game, we do an age check. If you were marked as underage, you will not be able to change your name or use the chat functionality. Unfortunately we will not have the option to adjust this either.

Nils, that's not really an acceptable answer. I am in the same situation as the OP. You don't seem to have any problem accepting my credit card, so how is it that are drawing the line here?

I am certain it is not an impossible feat to change a name regardless of an "age check", so let's make arrangements to get it done. My player ID is 286-412-945 and you can change the name to Yogi2367 .
