How do you decide who comes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Rancor Raid (when most can solo it)?

As a followup on what I just posted, we have several people who can solo the raid with Zader. Every single one of them understands that as a condition of using Zader and doing much more damage than anyone else, they need to sit at the end of the raid and wait for it to end naturally. We encourage even Teebo teams to do that. Otherwise people who don't happen to be available at start time don't get to raid.
