How do you decide who comes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Rancor Raid (when most can solo it)?

Enter raid, turn on airplane mode. Solo raid. Turn off airplane mode 45 mins after the rest of the guild started and all damage will be posted after the raid has been completed by people who can't solo. It's a win win.
