Have three people send in a garbage team to get a bit of damage on the pigs. Once their scores post, then turn it into a ffa. Those three players should have a little bit higher score than everybody else
You can then designate spots 1-3 each raid
This is exactly what my guild does. We have a rotation on who can get top 3. The 3 chosen for the day do their wee bits of damage. Then when it is submit time those 3 only have the ability to get full dmg(minus the other 2s dmg). Then the rest of the guild can do whatever. Works great so far as long as you have someone to help facilitate the rotation.
