How does traya's lead work?

Question

So I decided to finish traya's lead zeta in hopes of dealing better damage in phase 2 of sith raid. So apparently its supposed to inflict damage to an enemy who attacks out of turn but how does it work? Does it show any form of damage being dealt when an enemy in this case sion counter attacks? I didn't see anything happen so I'm not sure what's going on

I’m not even sure if it works on raid bosses. The lead is useful in PvE content where you fight waves of enemies or PvP like squad arena or GAC

Works against geos P2 sith raid no one attacks out of turn so you wouldn't see a difference at all

I think Sion is around 50m health so maybe 20k damage per counter?
