How much tenacity does phase 2 rancor have?

This is good advice ^^. I used to run Teebo, Elder, Wiggs and TFP. Getting tenacity down on the rancor meant he hardly ever resisted Teebo (mine was 65% potency). If you zeta your Vader potency no longer matters as the TM reduction can't be resisted.
