How to beat conquest sector 4

Wasn't the same battle in one of the GL events?

The AI usually is not coded to ever account for changing battle mechanics in specific game modes. This has been the rule in GCs, Conquest, and TBs for a very long time now, with very few exceptions. When there are granted abilities you almost always have to play manually to utilize them.
