How to get help? Ally Codes included
I feel like I'm banging my head into a wall each time I have to make a new thread about this but I got told by a moderator here on the forum to make a new thread with my Ally Code so here I go again.
A little background regarding my problem:
I've spent two months going back and forth with EA Help trying to get my old Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes account back. The majority of the time have been spent re-reading copy and pasted messages from them saying the same thing over and over again, "send your Ally Code, Player ID, Mayhem ID", "log in with the correct credentials", "we can't do anything" and etc. In the end I got told by someone at EA Help to go on the forum and attempt to reach out to a game developer here.
I deleted my Google and Facebook account last year due to personal reasons and my progress was linked to both of them.
I've been able to extract the game file/map of the game from my old phone which I used and I suggested to send it to EA Help which hopefully could do something with it or send it to a game developer but no they couldn't do anything with it, at least that is what they claim.
I've proven to EA Help several times that I do in fact own my old account yet they are "powerless" to do anything.
My old Ally Code: 469-219-313
This is the account I WANT BACK! I began playing the game when it was launched in 2015 and I was a faithful and dedicated player but like I've mentioned earlier, I had to stop last year due to things happening in my personal life. I spent countless of hours working on it!
My new Ally Code: 648-155-934
This is my new account which I've been working on since I got back to the game and yes I've unlocked a few characters but I would not hesitate to lose this one if it meant receiving my old account back!
I really hope one of the moderators can reach out to one of the game developers so I can talk with one of them about this.
