How to get in touch with a developer?

I've been talking with EA Help for over a month now and the last suggestion I received was and I quote "...to please post this on our official forums so that our community mangers might reach out to you and can help you with this."
With this in mind I hope someone in this forum knows how to contact a developer so I can discuss my issue with him or her. I would appreciate it a lot.

    I would like to get my old progress back but I have been told over and over again by EA Help that they can't do anything when the original Google and Facebook have been deleted but I was able to extract a map containing information regarding my old account from an old phone I used.

    My new Ally Code: 648-155-934
    I would love to get all of my progress unlocked on my new account, especially knowing how much time I spent unlocking everything and all the proof I've provided to EA Help. I began playing the game when it was launched back in 2015 but I had to leave it last year due to personal reasons.


    were your old account connected with EA Connect aka webstore?

    No it was only connected to Google Play and Facebook.
  • my account is linked to a deleted email account , due to a job change. I have been trying to resolve this to regain access to webstore & its freebies, but alas..there is no fix with non in sight. DON'T Lose Access To Linked Email or your screwed.

    We're on the same ship then. I extracted the game map from an old phone I used and I thought that would help me but they can't do anything with it even though it contains save files and such.
    How long had you been playing for?

    There are 2 ways:

    1. Official way: write the support
    2. an unofficial way

    unofficial way i dm you


    Barb can you create a thread and provide guidance on this scenario?

    I think its time we archived it for future cases

    Technically against the ToS. So im not sure if im allowed to Post


    Yeah, please don't share any techniques that are against the Terms of Service or encourage players to do anything against the TOS


    Alright.
    Maybe give a suggestion to the Devs to give a better Official way like disconnecting from Facebook (wich works ingame)
    That case is quite often... and the support is... special...
