How to report cheaters now?

As the title states, looking to get some information on how we are expected to report cheaters in GAC/elsewhere now as it looks as if CG Levi and LucifersDaddy are both inactive (Levi since 2021 and Luci since August '22). CG can't continue to claim an anti-cheating stance with no means of reporting, so someone has to be available from their staff to contact.
