How to Unlock Han Solo

Does anyone know how to unlock Han Solo? I know that you have to finish T7 Raids but my question is, do you have to be in a top spot to acquire his shards? or does everyone in the raid get Han Solo ...

I'd like to join a t7 guild if anyone has a spot. I'm 438 396 158. I'm at the top of my t5 guild and usually stay <40 in arena.
