Hungry rancor...

Rancor so hungry he routinely eats my people a turn before he is supposed to be able to...for serious. Still has a turn on the countdown and just straight grubs someone. I can't pop heals or taunt with a turn left. Why this beast get to grub early?
  • His roar reduces the cooldown for each character that had a positive effect dispelled.

For every positive effect that is dispelled the toon who had it dispelled doesn't lose turn meter.

For every toon that goes below 50% reduces Rancor's devour cooldown.

Below 50% health as a result of the rancor slam I believe.

Does it maybe change depending on what fight you're on? Whatever the cause, he has a way of reducing his cooldown which is almost impossible to avoid.

Well if that's the case the visual countdown should reflect that.

He usually combos the two attacks since he gets two actions each round. He'll roar and then eat if his roar was at more than 1.

I use Yoda to give everyone foresight, so when it does the slam it doesn't hit anyone. Then it does the roar and dispels the tenacity up so no one loses turn meter. Then I try to slow it or hit it with people that reduce turn meter to give Yoda time to get foresight up again.

Seems like a good strat. I'm going for my 7* this time around so I'll try this when I get him leveled.

The CD is reduced by 1 turn for each toon below 50% health after he slams.
