There are a lot of old republic characters that don't have the OR tag yet. I wouldn't be surprised if you need Treya and company, with assassin, with marauder, or HK.

They made the Sith raid a lot easier and I'm betting its to facilitate more guilds getting Treya. No reason for that unless they have a new super hard raid. Or they know she's going to be needed.
