I dont envy the person filling this position

They haven't filled it yet....obviously. ;)

EA dicks their employees more than the customers.

Working in the games industry is crappy. Us app guys make way more money and have far more job security. It isn't glamorous but my users also don't break out torches and pitchforks when we screw something up.
