I just recently got to the top of my fleet got top 20payout twice and then boom, ships 2.0Now I wake up and I am at 120I invested crystals gear and even Zetas into the originally good ships, like reaper, tfp and fotp who are now awfulI don’t think that you should be able to nerf ships which I have invested so much into as it has basically all been a waste because i solely developed them for ships, making other ships better is fine but nerfing the once good ships not only with stats but even abilities such as reaper unique is outrageous and in my opinion unjustifiable Please read this and consider deeply what you have done to the game. And trust me I am not alone in hating the new ships

I hate the update right now, simply because everyone in my payout just uses thrawn, biggs, vader and tfp. Its like worse than what it was before, but i feel it is gonna get better once few people start showing up with different teams and gear up ships that are a lot better now. Also i really hope there gonna be better teams than geonosians, really dont like them xD

The first post is spot on. Here’s something many of you forgot CG said. They wanted to change it from the cookie cutter it became. Which all they did was make most of my shard look even more identical than before. So fail on that mark. Then they nerfed empire ships and buffed then most lopsided OP tank in the entire game even more so than GK, Biggs ship. He’s like GK and Zariss combined. It’s beyond comprehension how a dude famous for getting one shot WHEN HE TRIED TO TANK IN THE MOVIES... is somehow a magical tank now.

Incidentally, I agree that ships 2.0 is an awful update....as does most of my guild, fleet shard chat and arena shard chat. There are 4 or 5 people on the forums who like it though.

Respectfully, I'm guessing the CG staff don't sit round the boardroom saying, "Hmmm, we can't do that...y'see Alliance Member has invested a lot into those ships!"

Don't take it personally - the game is dynamic and changes...sometimes those changes help you, other times they hinder you. And when they're hindering you, they'll be helping others...and when helping you, they'll be hindering others...

It's a game - play, develop, change, think, calculate, devise your way round problems. That's the point.

There seems to be a push in game to build deeper rosters, and gear up more squads. Ships is not immune. The shake up there results in one of two things in my opinion. Build up or accept losing. There was a kind of grid lock there, as well as Arena. They decided to shake things up.

After update I have average 50-60 rank in ships and don't really drop, before had around 80-120 so I like an update. Didn't take me long to find a new squad that I should use.

While i understand the dynamic and changes, these updates should be carefully thought and done smart, not at the expense of players progress and their invested time and effort!

I always hated ships but this update makes me hate it even more. Now I just auto the one battle and move along to collect my daily.

I can't remember an update that where the majority of players hated something so bad as much as this update with the ship.

I get it that there is a handful of people that like it..but never before have I seen such a big majority of players hate something and make multiple polls.

Makes me wonder what the devs will do next?
