Feel bad for my guild leaders
If you truly feel bad for your guild leaders, drop out & give them a chance to get a player that is doing more than the "minimum effort"
My version of minimum effort is still 13m in the raid, top 15 in my senate guild, top 10 in completed missions in tb as well as special missions, and top 5 in attacks and top 10 in defense in every tw. My minimum effort is still better then 40 of my guild members in a top guild. We rank in top 100 in raid. Sooo.....thanks but no thanks. You should know what your talking about when you speak.
