This thread is well-intentioned but is doomed to fail, sadly.
During both of the last 2 conquests we had dozens of forumers creating new threads when several other similarly themed threads already existed. We even had some forumers commenting “this is happening to me too, fix your **bleep** game CG!” within a thread that already stated the solution to the problem.
The internet has done many great things, including putting the wealth of human knowledge at the tip of your fingers. Sadly that still isn’t convenient enough for some people.
I just saw a post about from, apparently, a player with 14mln GP. This isn't even a newbie-only problem. Not to mention that this is the 3rd conquest with this disk. It's not like it's a brand new thing.
In my defense, I've crashed my motorcycle without wearing a helmet a couple times since last conquest, you can't expect me to remember every single CQ disk with a major brain injury.
In your defense? Why do you need a defense? I was ridiculing people who can't read the disk description.
It's self-deprecating humour. I was pretending to be the person who applied the F34T disk.
Sigh. The forums were more whimsical back when CG was running them.
I should make a concerted effort to make the forums amusing again.
