Since the frequency of territory battles has been declining as of late, is there any way we could get a secondary way to farm IPD and ROLO? My guild just got enough members to decently farm IPD, and ...

Now I'm doubting myself. Maybe I'm just impatient because I've personally got a trooper squad ready for it, almost a month ago, and haven't got to use them.

I could swear there have been more dry spells recently though, with no events going on.
