Since the frequency of territory battles has been declining as of late, is there any way we could get a secondary way to farm IPD and ROLO? My guild just got enough members to decently farm IPD, and ...

I've got to mention this again, because even now that I'm able to farm IPD shards, it's been reduced to one, and we probably won't even get that since we have to choose between Geonosis or Hoth. Why reduce the shard numbers when people will be getting it less frequently, or even not at all?
