Imperial Probe Droid and Rebel Officer Leia Organa

Since the frequency of territory battles has been declining as of late, is there any way we could get a secondary way to farm IPD and ROLO? My guild just got enough members to decently farm IPD, and ...

To cut down shard shop currency for older players that already have these chars at 7*.
