In Game Chat Notifications Returning?
Before Territory Battles started, the in game chat would send a notification any time a guild mate activated a character/ship or upgraded a character/ship to 7 stars or upgraded a character to G9/G10/...

I like all of the discussion we have had here so far on the topic, but I would be curious if a dev could weigh in somehow. I don't expect or need a direct answer per se, but it would be nice to know if it is on the radar at all or if it is just too low of priority to expect to be put back in anytime soon.
