In Game Chat Notifications Returning?

Before Territory Battles started, the in game chat would send a notification any time a guild mate activated a character/ship or upgraded a character/ship to 7 stars or upgraded a character to G9/G10/G11/G12. Presumably, these were taken out to avoid chat congestion enabling better communication for TB and to keep the chat from freezing up.

Do we know if/when these notifications will be coming back?

    Also, @moderators why was this post moved to the guild recruitment channel? This is not where this post belongs. The entire premise of this post is on in-game chat. Chats. Not guilds. Yes, you chat with your guild, but you don't use the chat for recruitment. Please move it back to General Discussion where it belongs, and where it will get the visibility that it deserves. Thank you very much.

    I'd like to see them return as well, excepting Gear IX and X. Just character unlocks, 7-starred, and Gear XI and XII.
