2. The zeta for Neutralise doesn't work with a special, but rather his unique. As well as his unique almost seems better as a leader. As well as I fail to see how this makes him the "empire's R2" because R2 serves as in all in one support character, with cleanses, pseudo taunting, a debuff that killed a meta, and good stat boosts. A proper "Empire R2" he could serve to help the empire in the areas it needs, numerous debuffs to help a Krennic, Palp, or Zader lead, crit ups for snowtrooper, Krennic lead, and Thrawn lead, counters (through retribution) to help Gar Saxon. Perhaps something like "grant All empire allies advantage, potency up, and retribution for two turns", and as for the enemies perhaps something like buff immunity or crit damage down
3. Mas just seems uneeded, I feel these Palp synergies could work better with a royal guard rework
4. Not a fan of the basic as it's just a copy of Fulcrum Ahsoka's. Perhaps something like granting allies a different buff, speed up, evasion up, maybe even potency up. I kinda like his emloure rebel synergies together, but how would he be tagged?
5. Current scout trooper ai starts the match with speed up, so why not a kit like that? Similar to how Tarkin is based around potency, Perhaos like if he has speed up he gains bonus evasion or crit bonuses
6. All the buffs to Tarkin and didn't change the name of his basic?

I won't respond to them all individually but I'll see what I can do. Mostly with Tagge since he needs more I suppose if you want a true Imperial R2.
