Yeah, definitely. Even something as simple as giving Krenni Daze on his AOE (among other stuff of course) would make a difference and help neutralise the Rebel squads a little. Problem also is that Rebels with R2 have dispel on Crit, so they can cleanse very quickly within one turn, but thats something much harder to deal with and design a remedy for. Talzin does a great job of it, but Plague is her Unique thing; and its a concept Empire are in need of too. A way to lock debuffs on an enemy.
