Yes it has.
Firstly, if your TFP is modded for speed, how is opponent TFP still going before you?
Secondly, if the opponent TFP has modded for Potency and using MK III mods and still going before you, something is really wrong.
Thirdly, their Palpatine is also faster than almost everyone in your team besides TFP and landing his mass stun.
Power rating in Squad Arena is highly skewed towards stats like health and protection. A bit of extra health and protection over your opponent is not going to save you against someone who has same team but faster overall speed than you. Please check and make sure that all your guys have a 30 speed arrow mod as well as other mods with good speed secondaries. And if you don't want your squishy guys like Maul to get mauled and Ability Blocked early on, consider investing in a good Pre-taunt like Shoretrooper.
