ineligible for rewards?? Bug?

Hello EA board.
The game claims, I am not allowed to get rewards, when I actually should get them. It seems, there is a bug.

I joined this guild Friday, 10th of February, or even Thursday, 02/09..

We started Heroic AAT:
Monday 13th
Thursday 15th
Friday 17th (ineligible....yattayatta)
Too many raids this week? How can this be?
I am in this guild for more than one week.
I didn't hop

    thursday was the 16th and you cannot get enough tickets to do another raid the day after you just finished one, so that is a little suspect, I have also been lead to believe you cannot do more than 2 heroic aat raids in 1 weeks time

    Mon before payout 148k
    Raid 1 -90k = 58k
    Payout 29k = 87k
    TUE +29k = 116k

    WED: +29k = 145k
    Raid2: -90k = 55k

    THU: +29k = 84k

    FRI: +29k = 113k
    Raid3: -90k = 23k

    And btw, if you collect 30k everyday, after 3 weeks you've had 7 raids (week1: 2raids, week2: 2 raids, week3: 3 raids).
