Inquisitor Barris Omicron

For other characters with GAC omicrons that only affect 3v3 or 5v5, the cost is half the cost of the ones that affect both.  Inquisitor Barris's omicron is only for 3v3 but is full cost. Will the cost be reduced in a future update?
