Is CG creating a toxic environment in Territory Wars

Great post Bowdie. 

It needs to be addressed given the data on Reddit that shows how many guilds over 600M are joining TW with significantly less GP and basically bullying of a smaller guild is the result.  Given the fact that a new raid is announced and Droid Brains are at a premium, I would expect more guilds to go down this path and toxic probably isn't a strong enough word to describe where TW ends up.
