pretty sure the problem is not guilds saying only 35 of you can join (how would that even work?) but rather the fact it has not changed forever means a lot of high end guilds have people that are very bored with it and don't bother

we have just started taking part in the top end and already have more droid brains than I can use it is now key cards and other relic mats holding me back
