Would a jedi team do more damage in P2 of the AAT raid than P1?

Technically yes, but the score droids/resistance can get in P2 compared to jedi is far better than what they could do in P1. A Jedi P1 team and droid/res P2 team will produce a far greater score than a droid P1 team and a Jedi p2 team.
