is zader bugged for rancor?

Yea I understand they are good for HAAT. But clones are a lot better for rancor are they not? I would rather invest zetas in my clones rather than empire for HAAT if they big Vader and he becomes worthless for rancor

No, I have never soloed Rancor with my G11 Zody Clones in the dozen or so times I tried... did solo P1 twice, but Rancor takes them out fairly quickly. I have soloed the Rancor raid a few times with Zader, Sid, TFP, Rex, and Palp. Vader' zeta is a very valuable investment in many aspects of the game!

That is the worst bug of all... 6 or 7 guild mates can solo the Rancor and one of them gets first every time because of his ID number and the others get second through tenth each time as well.

The question is if Clones are better compared to an unbugged Zader. An unbugged Zader can't solo it, so soloing or not is outside the question.

I would say that an unbugged Zader would probably do about the same as the Clones.

If they debug the Rancor for zDV they really should look at gifting like 10 zetas to zDV players. That would be the 3rd reduction in the effectiveness of his skill. The arena impact from TFP, the change for P3 AAT, and then a possible Rancor change. I just think CG at that point would have some responsibility to own their multiple iterations of bugs. I did zeta DV after he was fixed, but it was because he was still solid in arena, but greatly because he could solo rancor. At that time, and not for a while anyway, I wasn't aware he was bugged.

I'm all for fixing bugs, but at the same time they have to own some responsibility for putting out bugged content. People make resource allocation decisions based on how things perform in game. This one in particular is very questionable because it existed after he was supposedly "fixed" - how in the world would a player know that something is bugged even after it is fixed?

Well, it has been a known bug for some time. There were times in the past they've suspended people for performance based on bugs. The only one I know of for sure is when there was a glitch allowing people to collect AAT rewards as many times as they hit the claim button. They suspended anybody who had done it more than twice.

Now there is also the case of Barris's Zeta where they refunded everybody's mats when they fixed it.

Now they could go either way, or both, if and when they fix it, they may decide to remove raid rewards from people who were using him to solo but still refund materials too.

We can't say for sure. That's the problem with investing in bugged things. That's why I just won't zeta him.
